FOR BUYERS:
We advise all bidders to read the Terms and Conditions of the Sale
as set forth in this catalog. Those who bid are bound by those Terms
and Conditions of the Sale, as amended by any oral announcement or
posted notices, which together form the contract of the sale between
the successful bidder (purchaser), ML Coin Auctions and the seller
(consignor) of the lot.
Terms of Sale:
When bidding on any lot offered by ML Coin Auctions, the bidder
indicates acceptance of the following Terms of Sale:
Condition of Items
ML Coin Auctions makes every effort to accurately describe all items
offered in its sales, however all items for sale are “as is,” and it
is the bidder’s responsibility (present or absentee bidders) to
determine the exact condition of each item. ML Coin Auctions will
not be held responsible for typographical errors. All items will be
available for preview prior to the auction.
Rights & Responsibilities
The auctioneer will determine the highest bidder. The auctioneer
alone has the right to reopen the bidding of an item if deemed
necessary due to a dispute. ML Coin Auctions and its representatives
reserve the right to remove those attendees who impede the previews
and/or the auction. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the
highest bidder at the fall of the auctioneer’s hammer. The buyer
will then assume all risk and full responsibility of the lot
purchased once ownership has changed.
Post-Sale Return Policy:
Every effort is made to insure those
descriptions are accurate and that they fully disclose any
exceptions to condition. Buyers who wish to report a problem with a
purchase they have made must notify ML Coin Auctions within three
(3) days of receipt of their purchased item. If a return is
authorized by ML Coin Auctions, the item in question must be
shipped, with full insurance, so it arrives in ML Coin Auctions’
possession within one week of the aforementioned authorization.
With respect to all returns, it is the buyer’s responsibility to
cover the cost of shipment and insurance, regardless of the reason
for the return. ML Coin Auctions will NOT reimburse shipping costs
to buyers who return auction goods.
Return Fees. A 5% restocking fee
($10 minimum) will be charged to all returned auction items.
All merchandise must be paid for within FIVE days of the date of
sale-no exceptions. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid order
at that time and void the bidder from future sales. Absolutely NO
returns will be accepted on any item that was not paid for/and or
returned to ML Coin Auctions within 10 days of the sale date (see
above for other return qualifications).
Buyer’s Premium
A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to all successful bids and is
payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase cost. Credit
card & Pay Pal accepted for purchases up to $10,000.00. All
items are to be paid for in full at the close of the auction. Morphy
Auctions reserves the right to hold items paid for by personal check
until said check clears. Purchases made via Ebay Live bidding incur
a 20% buyer’s premium. Online payments should be received within
five (5) days.
Grading -
Legend is proud of being an authorized PCGS and NGC dealer,
having been involved with both service since their inception.
Sales Tax
Effective September 4, 2006 there is no PA state sales tax on
investment coins and investment
bullion in the state of
Pennsylvania.
Shipping
Shipping costs will be billed separately and are
non-refundable. Items will ship 2-3 days after payment is received.

Values listed are for shipments within the United States only.
Shipments outside the USA must be pre-arranged and agreed prior to
placing bids.
Note: This shipping charge schedule includes fees for our
third-party insurance coverage, as well as any costs incurred to
insure through the USPS, UPS or Federal Express. Any shipments made
via armored carrier (Brinks, Dunbar, etc.) will be calculated at the
time of shipment.
International Shipping Charges
A $25 charge will be applied
for USPS International (insured) shipping on all orders; $10 charge
for Canada/UK orders under $50. Delivery restrictions apply in
certain areas. It is not possible for ML Coin Auctions to ship to
some countries. Please email the
dan@lmcoinauctions.com with questions. Payment for all
international orders is required via Pay Pal or Wired funds only.
NOTE: Customs requirements for each country is the responsibility of
the buyer. All packages shipped outside of the United States will
have the required customs declaration and full value of the order.

Absentee Bids
ML Coin Auctions will accept absentee bids if pre-authorized by mail
or fax. Absentee bidders must use the absentee bid form and clearly
mark the lot number, title and maximum bid. Absentee Bidding forms
may be accessed online. If there are two (2) identical bids from
absentee bidders, priority is given to first bid received. Absentee
bids will be rounded to the next bid increment.
Absentee Bids Via Telephone
An absentee bidder may also participate live in the auction via
telephone. The absentee form must be completed in full with a
request for
Phone Bidding. Request for phone
lines must be received at least 3 days prior to auction date. ML
Coin Auctions cannot guarantee phone lines, but will make every
attempt to accommodate those who wish to participate. Top three (3)
absentee bidders will be given phone line priority.
Acceptable Forms of Payment
 
Major Credit Cards Visa & MasterCard for auction payments up to $10,000 per invoice.
Balances over $10,000 must be paid via personal or certified
check, money order or wired funds.
Paypal is accepted on invoices up to $10,000. Balances over
$10,000 must be paid via personal or certified check, money

Personal Checks, Cashier's
Checks & Money Orders Personal checks, money
orders and cashier's checks are accepted but will be held for 10
business days to clear appropriate banking channels before we
ship (unless references are provided).
Bank Wire

Checks & Money Orders should be received within five days. Online purchases
should be received within five days of auction closing. |
Reserves
The minimum opening bid
for a lot will reflect the reserve.
